My Mom saw a recipe that she thought I would enjoy. Of course, I couldn’t leave it alone and had to doctor it up to be more me. I have made this popcorn chicken four times now. My family LOVES it. Yeah. Can’t beat a meal that the girls loves.

I finally got the nutritional information figured out for the Taco Soup. I apologize that it has taken so long. Things have been a little crazy around our house.
