Really?), but I am 0.6 down this week and re-motivated to eat on plan. I am back in the "allowable" range for my lifetime WW membership, so I am thinking about going in and getting new copies of any maintenance literature they have (maintenance is WAAAAY harder for me than losing). I first hit lifetime about 8 years ago...I'm guessing the handouts have been updated since then?!
