Happy new week!
Operation Molly Wants A Puppy is moving right along! I have now resorted to putting a picture of the puppy that I want on my cell phone so that I see it frequently and it helps motivate me. Last week was another loss! Not quite as good as the 3.6 pound loss from the week before, but it was still a loss. 1.2 pounds. I’ll take it.
This week, my goal is to do cycling class on Monday & Wednesday, strength training and elliptical on Tuesday and Thursday as well as staying within my points every day.
I WILL do this! Join me!

Way to go Kristen.. What a great motivational tool…I’m a puppy/dog lover also.
Already went to the gym.. going to WW meeting..my 1st weight in.. (repeat offender)..but I’m back..

thanks for keeping us motivated. i started back to ww in january also, after falling off the wagon for a ‘bit’….(ok, for a while!)….its hard to stay motivated, but it helps to read about others who have the same things going on!
i love your recipes also! keep them coming!
