		<description>Kristen....first of all I just want to say I love your blog!  I read it everyday.  Last week when you talked about &quot;the Shred&quot;, I decided to give it a try.  My friend and I did our first shred on Saturday and it kicked our butts!!!  I have to tell you, despite your warning, we decided to try and do it everyday for 30 days.  We worked through the pain (and there was lots of it!!! ;) and I am happy to say, yesterday we completed day 5.  We are going to try and do 10 days level one and then bump up to level 2 for the next 10 days and ultimately, level 3 for the last 10 days.  Here is what I love about it...not a huge time commitment...if I have additional time, I can get on my elipse or walk.  I know it sounds crazy and is probably all in my head but I feel like I am already toning up.  

Hope you feel better soon!  Don&#039;t be down on yourself for not working out...it is counterproductive, just get better!</description>
