Note To Self

Do not beat yourself up because you cannot work out. You ARE sick. Give the medicine time to kick in.. Don’t push yourself. You started out the week strong. You will be better soon and will be back to working out.

    Kristen….first of all I just want to say I love your blog! I read it everyday. Last week when you talked about “the Shred”, I decided to give it a try. My friend and I did our first shred on Saturday and it kicked our butts!!! I have to tell you, despite your warning, we decided to try and do it everyday for 30 days. We worked through the pain (and there was lots of it!!! ;) and I am happy to say, yesterday we completed day 5. We are going to try and do 10 days level one and then bump up to level 2 for the next 10 days and ultimately, level 3 for the last 10 days. Here is what I love about it…not a huge time commitment…if I have additional time, I can get on my elipse or walk. I know it sounds crazy and is probably all in my head but I feel like I am already toning up.

    Hope you feel better soon! Don’t be down on yourself for not working out…it is counterproductive, just get better!

    I love the 30 Day Shred! LAst January, I did it for 30 days in a row too. Here are my results:
