Week “Three” Weigh In

Saturday I was realistic but still optimistic when I headed to WW to weigh in. I knew the fact that I had only worked out three times (and that was the first three days of the week) because of severe soreness could possibly hurt my weigh in.
Well, I lost 0.4. Better than no loss or a gain but still disappointing. I know that I have my work cut out for me.
I am going to step up the workouts. I hope to get in two workouts today if time and our schedule allows. To be totally honest I don’t want to add the 30 Day Shred back in to my workout rotation. The workout kicked my rear so much that I know that messed up the rest of my workouts the rest of the week.
Today I am definitely getting in some good hard cardio and maybe….. just maybe…… 30 Day Shred. Who knows. I really want to run tomorrow morning so we shall see.

There is NO shame in a .4 loss, nor is there any shame on doing Jillian’s 30 day shred at level one for like 3 weeks!!! LOL! I am consistently doing 5 days of exercise, and I do her No more trouble zones (with those 3 pound weights) and the Fat blasting metabolism one at least once a week, and I am still only on the first level of her shred. I did the level 2 one once…yeah…back to level 1 real quick! I did have a pulled muscle in my calf (yeah, doing her jumping jacks…go figure!) so I’ve been taking it easier, but I may actually have the courage on week 4 to go back to a level 2 shred. We shall see…
Don’t be too hard on yourself though, OK? You’re getting your groove back!!!

Thanks Cindy for the pep talk. I will get in some cardio & 30 Day Shred today if at all possible. Got to try to get in to the doctor today.
