Glad to hear that I am not alone. She is a killer but I think it will be worth it in the long run. I have always said that I would love to be on Biggest Loser. NOT for the weight loss but for the physical/strength challenge. Just to see how far my body really could be pushed and how little credit I probably do give myself.

		<description>Jillian hands my butt to me on a regular basis...and having lived through both of her other &quot;full length&quot; programs (no more trouble zones and the fat blasting metabolism workouts) you would think that the shred would be a piece of cake!  Ummmmm, no!  I do the zumba thing, BL, Billy Blanks and all kinds of things, but Jillian???  Oh my.  Do NOT feel bad about the level 1 thing.  I got the 30 day shred before Christmas (or right after, I don&#039;t remember) and I&#039;m STILL on the first level.  I made the mistake of doing the level 2 one once...once was all it took!  LOL!

She is torture, but in a &quot;good&quot; way...yeah right!  But my body is starting to change, so I&#039;m sticking with her, even though I pulled a calf muscle again last night doing (of all things) JUMPING JACKS!!!  Oh well...think I&#039;ve earned a night off, so it&#039;s hair color time, and more reading!  YAY!

Hang in there Kristen...she will start changing you from the inside out, and you may even a) like her and b) thank her!!!

I had to laugh when I read this. I feel your pain. I have been doing the 30-day Shred 3 to 4 days a week since November and am still on level 2. I tell my husband all the time that &quot;Jillian beat me up again today.&quot; It is tough for sure, but after a while, I have noticed some differences in my body, especially my arms. She is a killer with those weights. 

I admire you for sticking with your workouts and always enjoy what new thing you are going to try next. On the days I don&#039;t do Jillian, I have found a Yoga DVD that I love. I thought it would be relaxing, but the first time I tried it, the next day, oohh Lordy, muscles hurt that I did not even know I had! Hang in there girl. You made my day once again! It&#039;s an honor to read your blogs.
