Thankfully I was able to get in a run this afternoon. I hadn’t been able to workout since Tuesday when I ran four miles. My legs were so sore.
I was able to go to the new YMCA that just opened that is less than 2 miles from our house. All of the equipment is brand new. And I didn’t have a problem getting a treadmill.
This run was definitely much more of a mental challenge. I didn’t want to run. I rather would have taken a nap. ha. But instead I ran. I was glad that I did it after I was all done.
Tomorrow is so jammed full that I probably won’t get in a workout. My “second” weigh in is in the morning. I am a little nervous. Not because I didn’t track well. I tracked well every day except one day. I stayed within my points every day except that one day. Just nervous. I am reminding myself that loss is a success.

I was avoiding a run when I read this post and…I went out and ran. Thanks for the inspiration!

I did feel better- plus, it felt like the Universe gave me a little reward by making it a really good run (after a couple weeks of really hard ones). I also felt like a better Mom, ’cause I got my son off the computer and he rode his scooter with me as I ran (he’s my trainer and number one cheerleader). See all the good you’ve inspired!
