Awesome Tasty Soup

Recently when I was shopping at Meijer, I found a new line of soups that I had never seen before. I had read a review on Roni’s site a few weeks ago and thought I would give them a try. The soup is by Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods. You can view the entire line at Right Foods. There were so many to chose from but I decided on the vegetable.
It has been so cold in my part of the world. I always tend to crave warm comfort foods when it is winter. So today I figured that since I was stuck in the house with the oldest daughter who has pink eye that it would be the perfect time to try the soup.
I love the fact that it is heat and serve. There are two servings in the “box” container. The favor is great. It was very filling. It has eight vegetables which include: tomatoes, onions, carrots, peas, zucchini, celery, garlic, and potatoes. The soup also has some brown rice & lentils. It is Vegan and Gluten free!
I was hungry. Once I looked at the nutrional information, I decided to eat the entire container.
Nutritional information for 1 cup/1 serving: 75 calories, 0.5 gram fat, 4 grams fiber, 3 grams protein.
I had the two servings for lunch. And the girls & I shared a ginormous apple. I noticed several hours later I still wasn’t hungry. It was a very satisfying lunch on such a cold wintry day.
I will even try another variety now that I know that this one was so good. Great job Righ Foods.
