Busy Busy

Yesterday I “attended” the Fiber webinar hosted by Kellogg. I am working on putting together my notes and hope to get those posted in the next few days. Someone asked how I was able to participate. Actually someone they found me and asked me to participate. How cool is that? It was a very informational.
I finally got in a run on Tuesday to try out my shoes. When I got to the Y I was motivated and inspired to run. I was even looking forward to it. Then I got there and all of the treadmills were full. Seeing that took the wind out of my sails quickly. So I hopped on an elliptical machine and started my workout. I was just finishing when a treadmill finally opened up. I knew that after pushing myself on the elliptical that I didn’t have it in me for a big run. I got on the treadmill and went for a short 1/2 mile run.
Hopefully my schedule is going to allow for more of a consistent workout routine. The girls have both been sick but I hope that we are on the track to health. We have a crazy weekend but then I am hopeful that things are going to calm down and I can get the Fiber notes posted.
