Several days ago I received an exciting email from a representative of Kellogg. Kellogg is hosting a Fiber Briefing the first week of November. This is a web briefing. I am so excited to be invited because there is a limited number of invitations and they picked me. Yeah! I will be sure to pass on the information that I learn. I know that I always try to get more fiber in my daily menu. I am excited to hear what Kellogg and their nutritionist have to share.
