Honey Almond Special K Bars

During a recent trip to Walmart, I spotted a new-to-me variety of Special K Protein Bars. Of course, I had to try them since the Special K Protein Bars are a regular part of my breakfast routine on crazy busy days.
Now there isn’t any chocolate in these bars but I LOVE them. I love the flavor. It has a rich honey flavor and has the great protein just like the other bars in Special K’s Protein Meal Bar line. 10 grams of fiber isn’t shabby in my opinion at all for a bar. It is just what I need when I am in a rush in the mornings and a healthy decent option with plenty of protein is a huge plus for me.
I felt like it was a decent size bar. Not too small. 180 calories, 6 grams fat, & 5 grams fiber. Plus 10 grams of protein.
I will definitely be buying these again. Great job Special K!
