Looking Back at My Week

Just a few things my week included and didn’t include…..
My week included:
- Listing our house for sale.
- Enjoying Sydney’s last day of summer.
- Sydney’s first day of 1st grade.
- A trip to the doctor with a diagnosis of a bad case of bronchitis.
- Our first showing of our house. WHOOOOOHOOOOOOO
- Company over on Saturday night. Good for the weary spirit.
- A little emotional eating. Got to stop that pattern in its tracks.
Things my week didn’t include:
- Any workouts.
- Not enough tracking.
- Not enough water.
Hoping for a better week. Got to get moving. We have an open house this afternoon. Man, it is hard work to keep your house in “perfect” shape for someone to come look at it at a moments notice. And the waiting stinks~!!!!!
