Blue Bunny Light Personals

Several years ago, I introduced my good friend to the Blue Bunny Light Personals. I noticed back then that Blue Bunny listed a “Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake” flavor on their website. Why couldn’t I find this flavor? I love cheesecake. I love raspberries. I love chocolate. So how would I not LOVE that flavor.
When the girls & I were in southern Indiana visiting my friend, she had a special surprise for me. She knew I had been always secretly wanting to try the chocolate raspberry cheesecake flavor. OK. Maybe it wasn’t a big secret. But Tammy had found some and tried it and knew that I would love it.
Wow. I think it is Blue Bunny’s best light ice cream. The ice cream is so creamy. There is a nice cheesecake flavor. There is raspberries swirled within the ice cream with chocolate flakes! A little taste of pure delight.
Nutritional information for 1 serving (1/2 of the container) 100 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 2 grams fiber.
I brought home one of the containers. I am going to be tracking down the frozen food manager at Marsh to beg & plead for Marsh to start carrying this wonderful flavor. Keeping my fingers crossed.
