Skinny Cow’s Chocolate Truffle bars

I bought these new Skinny Cow’s Chocolate Truffle bars some time ago. How can you go wrong with chocolate, right? I purchased these at Walmart.
I wasn’t terribly impressed with this treat. In my opinion it was just low fat chocolate ice cream on a stick with a little chocolate drizzle. They didn’t taste bad. It was good ice cream there just wasn’t anything special about it.
I actually only ate one and my girls had them over the next few weeks as a special treat.
Nutritional information for one bar: 100 calories, 2.5 grams fat, 3 grams fiber.

I wondered about these bars. I was never in a place to bring them straight home when I found them, so I did not buy them. I guess that is a good thing, huh?

The skinny cow mint ice cream sandwiches are FABULOUS!! Try them, if you haven’t!

The skinny cow sandwiches are ALL yummy, even my husband thinks so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
