Healthy Choice’s Sweet Asian Potstickers

I picked up the new Healthy Choice Sweet Asian Potstickers “with vegetables on a bed of whole grain rice & sweet asian style sauce”. I bought mine at Meijer in the frozen food section with the other Healthy Choice entrees.
I heated this up one day when I needed something that was point friendly but didn’t require much work. It was one of those times that if I didn’t make something quick then it was going to be an ugly sight.
I was very surprised how tasty the potstickers were. I know you might be shocked but I have never had potstickers before. They reminded me of a dumpling stuff with egg roll filling. This dish has a slight heat to it. I think the only thing missing was some steamed broccoli. (yes, broccoli is now on my grocery list). I think there was plenty of sauce that it could handle some extra bulk. There were three nice size dumplings plus the rice and a few vegetables mixed in the rice.
I will definitely be buying these again to have on hand for a quick point friendly meal. Great job Healthy Choice!
