Regular breadcrumbs would work but the texture & nutritional information would be different. These have a different texture. More like cracker crumbs. Much lighter in texture.

Sounds delicious! I think I will try it on Todd, whenever we get back to cooking at home. I wonder if regular seasoned breadcrumbs will work…
