Sorry to be MIA the last few days. Not much really going on. Just normal every day stuff. I am trying to mentally gear up for my NINE mile run on Saturday. The thought is overwhelming right now. I am mapping the route out in my head. Still trying to figure out where I am going to run. I am also getting some new songs loaded on my iPod. Can’t run for that long and get bored of my music. LOL.
I will make sure to post the results of my run. Hopefully my recovery will be a little better than it was after my run on Friday night.

I don’t know how close you live to the Cardinal Greenway, but that is a great place for a long run–they have markers every 1/2 mile. Just go down 4 1/2 miles, turn around and go back. Last night I went down 3 miles–I was tired, but had no choice but to do another 3 miles to get back to my car!!!

Kristen, you inspire me so much! Good luck with your looooong run!! If you can do nine, you can certainly do 13!!!! I started back to meetings last night. I am very excited to get back on track!
