Eggnog

I know that for most people it is either a love hate relationship with eggnog. I like eggnog. Chris can’t stand it. But I am not one of those that can drink it by the gallons. One or two glasses for me during the Christmas season & I am good.
A few weeks ago, I found this fat free eggnog in Meijer. It is from C.F. Burger Creamery. I was thoroughly impressed with the taste. I could not tell any lack of flavor due to the absence of fat. It was rich, thick & creamy.
Nutritional information for 1/2 cup (which was plenty for me) is 100 calories, 0 grams fat, 0 grams fiber.
My sister also tried this eggnog. She gave it her approval. She thinned down her glass of eggnog with a little skim milk.
I would buy this again. I thought the taste was just right. It would be great to serve for an Christmas gathering. And to make it even better, your guests won’t even know that the eggnog is missing any fat.
