Pumpkin Fluff

Filed under Desserts by at 12:59 pm on Oct 14 2008

I am sooooo sorry that it has taken me so long to get this recipe posted. I am not able to post a picture at this time because of some technical problems. So please have patience with me.

Pumpkin Fluff

8 ounces Cool Whip Free
15 ounces canned pumpkin
1 ounce package sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Mix pumpkin, pudding mix, Splenda, and cinnamon with a mix. Fold in Cool Whip Free. Refrigerate for several hours so that it is nice and cold. This makes 24 ounces of fluff. Six servings total. 4 ounces per serving (1/2 cup per serving)

Nutritional information for 1/2 cup: 104 calories, 0.2 grams fat, 2.07 grams fiber.

I love this dessert. You can add additional sweetner if this isn’t sweet enough for you. It tastes just like pumpkin pie! So tasty. It was a great hit last year at our family gatherings.

Enjoy!

Yum…I make almost the same recipe and EVERYONE likes it. I sometimes make it more of a dip and use fat free animal crackers rathen then graham crackers because you get more for the points….its alllll about the points!

    Kristen,

I made this for dessert the other night with a graham cracker crust. My 14-year-old and 8-year old cannot stay out of it! I love it! It does taste just like pumpkin pie, only better!

Our family loves this dessert. I make it the same way–except with out the Splenda. Still very yummy!

I forgot to tell you that I am crazy addicted to this! I keep it in the fridge for my sweet treat. So good! I am printing out the Pink Plaster recipe to take to my parent’s for Christmas. They are starting WW in Jan and I want them to try yummy recipes so they’ll actually do it! Thanks for sharing!
