Gogurt

Gogurt. What a crazy name. If you don’t have young children in your house, you might not even know what gogurt is. Gogurt is lowfat yogurt that is on a tube that is easy to eat. No spoon required. I will admit when gogurt first came out several years ago, I thought it was a stupid crazy ridiculous idea. I didn’t see any good use for it except for a fad.
A few years ago, I started buying gogurt for Sydney. We could take it places with us, it was easy to eat, she thought it was something cool, and it was lowfat. I had tasted the yogurt but never ate it myself. Then my good friend, Stephanie, suggested freezing the gogurt. I thought the idea was interesting. Sydney loved it so I thought I would try it. Very tasty. It is very creamy. Easy to eat in the tube.
There are several different companies that make the portable yogurt. I buy the Yoplait Gogurt in Cool Cotton Candy & Burtin’ Melon Berry. Both flavors come in the same box. There are 8 tubes in each box.
Nutritional information for one tube: 70 calories, 0.5 grams fat, 0 fiber. Great tasty treat that I will continue to keep in my freezer.

Wow Kristen, I never thought about freezing Gogurts before. My 2 kids love yogurt. I know they’re going to like this and I might try one as well. Thanks for sharing such a great idea.
Have good day,

Like I said, I can’t take credit for the idea of freezing them. My good friend & WW buddy, Stephanie, gave me the idea.
They are satisfying when I want something sweet.
