Lorraine Spinach Omelette

This is a simple quick breakfast that I can up with a few weeks ago. I had some Lorraine cheese and I wanted to use it for breakfast.
Lorraine Spinach Omelette
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute (Eggbeaters)
1/4 cup fresh baby spinach, washed
1 ounce Lorraine Cheese
cooking spray
Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
Coat a small saute pan with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Pour in liquid egg substitute. Cook over medium heat up bottom of omelette is set. Carefully flip the omelette. Top the “bottom” side which is now face up, with Mrs. Dash, Lorraine cheese then baby spinach. Continue to cook until “top” side is completely cooked through. Fold omelette in half and serve immediately.

I don’t know why but this omelette keeps me full for hours. Normally I don’t get that much satisfaction from omelettes. I like them but they don’t keep me full that long. I have made this omelette three times now and I easily can wait until lunch for any other food. Great bonus!
