Lorraine Cheese

I don’t know if I am in the minority with this but I always thought that Lorraine cheese was from the Swiss family. I always knew it as Lorraine Swiss. Swiss is an aged cheese where Lorraine is a fresh cheese. Maybe they are still from the same family but they are greatly different.
I recently stumbled upon Lorraine Cheese. I found my Lorraine Cheese at Meijer in Muncie. I was tickled to see that they have a reduced fat plus it is lower in sodium. You can’t beat that.
For one serving (one ounce) nutritional information: 110 calories, 6 grams fat, 0 fiber.
I love to just eat it, put it on my Lorraine Spinach Omelette, or put it on a sandwich. Great snack! I will definitely be buying this again.
