Breakfast Quesadilla

I had been on the hunt for Smart One’s new “Breakfast Quesadilla”. I know that I can make a breakfast quesadilla on my own and probably taste even better but there are mornings where I need something fast and I don’t want a “bar” of some sort. So I searched all of over Muncie looking for this elusive item. Walmart had a space of it but of course they never had it on the shelf. I finally spotted it at Marsh. I snagged one.
There are two individually wrapped quesadillas in each box. Nutritional information for one quesadilla: 220 calories, 6 grams fat, 6 grams fiber. (You can see the point value listed on the box). The box lists a description as ” Breakfast Quesadilla with egg whites, cheese, turkey bacon & vegetables”. In the picture on the box, it looks like there are red & green bell pepper pieces. I am not a huge fan of red & green bell peppers. I can eat them in small amounts but don’t add them often on purpose. I couldn’t taste any peppers at all. Maybe a small hint of an onion??? It was a great egg, cheese & bacon flavor.
I won’t buy these for a every day type meal. I probably will buy them for an occasional fast help. It had a great taste and was very fast fix. You can’t beat 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
Note: Sorry about the shadow. I either had a shadow or a glare. So I had to pick.
