This is a food review that I have been holding until the new site was up and running. My family & I love this cereal so much that we are almost through our second box.
This is a new cereal from Kashi. I love Kashi products. This is Kashi’s Honey Sunshine. I found this at Super Walmart with the other “health food” cereals. This cereal reminds me a lot of Cap N’ Crunch cereal. I haven’t ate much Cap N’ Crunch in my life but that is the closest comparison I can come up with. The nutritional stats on this cereal is great! Nutritional Information for 3/4 cup: 100 calories, 1.5 grams fat, 6 grams of fiber. I have ate this cereal as a snack, with yogurt and in my Caramel Peanut Butter Apple Delight.
