Still Tracking

Well, it has been a few days since I have checked in. Our household has been all about kindergarten the last few days.
It was very tempting today to just stuff my face as a way to cope with the emotions today. I was just determined that I wasn’t going to sabatoge my week. So far I have done well today. It wasn’t easy a few times but I did it.
I am still doing well tracking all of the food that goes in my mouth. I feel like I am back in the groove doing what I know needs to be done. It is a great feeling to be in control.
I have several new recipes in the works along with some more food reviews. I am actually holding off until Monday when the new site is up. I am making a new pancake recipe tonight. So we will see how it turns out. You never know. Like Chris says: “You have to have some strike outs to be able to hit one out of the park.” I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Not much else going on here. Just trying to finish up the final details on the new site.
