Awesome Marinade

Lawry’s Baja Chipotle Marinade: I found this at Walmart & Meijer along with the other marinades/BBQ sauces. It is a blend of chipotle peppers, cumin, oregano, garlic & a hint of lime juice. Funny thing is, I didn’t use this as a marinade but as a sauce. My recipe-sharing friend, Tammy, told me of her concoction for a Mexican shredded chicken mixture. (recipe to come) But this marinade is used in the mixture. She had given my girls & me a taste. I knew I had found another winner when Sydney asked for more after trying it the first time. 
NI for 1 Tablespoon: 15 calories/ 0 fat / 0 fiber
A wonderful find! I can see many uses for this.
