Candy & Crackers

A few weeks ago, I decided to try out some of the Weight Watcher candy that is available. I picked up the Mint Patties, English Toffee Squares & Pecan Crowns. You can see the point value on the bag. This is for one piece. The mint patties were good. They are a dark chocolate but really didn’t satisfy that chocolate craving that I was having. The English Toffee Squares are very good too. Like any toffee, you have to be careful of breaking a tooth. The Pecan Crowns were great. There is caramel in them. Very tasty. But as a warning, do not eat too many of these in a day or two time. I was having major PMS, decided to use some of my weekly points to help with my chocolate craving, and not long after my stomach was rumbling. Never got sick but it was making me nervous. So eat with caution. Very tasty. No different than any regular candy other than the WW logo and points are listed.

I do not believe that the fat free crackers are new. But I finally decided a few weeks ago to try them out when I needed to purchase more saltines. I couldn’t tell any different in taste. The only difference I found was in the texture. They are a little crisper than the regular saltines. Very tasty. Both girls didn’t notice a difference. I don’t know if the fat free crackers are any difference in points. But they are fat free so why not? The other nutritional values were the same for both kinds. NI for 5 crackers: 60 calories/0 fat/ 0 fiber.
