Pistachio Shake

I received this awesome recipe from Jewls in Michigan. She is a woman that I met on-line that has had great success with Weight Watchers. She gave me this recipe. I made one change to her recipe. She uses water in her recipe. I used skim milk. I struggle getting in my two dairy each day. So with this shake, I get both in at once.
Pistachio Shake
1 c. skim milk
1 package Weight Watcher vanilla smoothie mix
1 T. sugar free fat free instant pistachio pudding
5-8 ice cubes
In the blender, mix milk, smoothie mix & pudding until smooth. Add in ice cubes until you get the desired consistency. This is a super thick shake that tastes like ice cream! It is unbelievable. You could even top it with 2 T. Fat Free Redi-Whip
NI for entire shake (no whip topping) calories: 210/fat 1/ fiber 4
