Stumbled A Little

I was plugging along just fine and then it hit me. Out of nowhere. That insatiable hunger. Dont know what my problem is but I know I need to snap out of it. I told a few at my meeting on Saturday that I noticed I wasn’t chewing my gum last week. It was true. When I am doing great, I always grab a piece of sugar free gum when I think I am hungry. Most of the time I am not hungry, just bored.
The scales are showing that I am up some. Need to stop this before I really get crazy.
