Well, I weighed in on Saturday. I was hoping for a bigger loss since I only had a 0.2 loss the week before. This Saturday, I lost 0.6 pounds. Hmm. I am OK with that. Of course, we all want big losses every week. But that is not a realistic expectation. I am just going to keep on plugging along.
I found the best quote this weekend. It was on a calendar my leader passed out at our meeting. . “It’s the little things that make big things possible” JW Marriott
That is so true for me. If I keep on track doing all of the little things (drinking water, eating my veggies, getting enough sleep) then the big things happen. Nice consistent losses
We have a busy week like always.
But I am going to try to find time to workout more. Last week it just didn’t happen. I need to be more consistent in this area.
