This was a product suggestion that I received from a subscriber. These “low-fat baked potato crisps” are from Target and their Archer Farms line. I purchased two different flavors. Curry & Black Pepper & Sea Salt. The Curry is tasty. I love the black pepper & sea salt. These are not spicy when you first start eating them and then the heat hits. Not super spicy but very tasty! NI for 15 chips of the Curry: 120/3/2 and NI for the pepper one is 120/3/2. I will be adding the black pepper & sea salt to my rotation! Super yummy.
I have been fighting the chocolate craving. Since I had a buy one get one free coupon, I decided to try out the two new Weight Watcher candies . I have never purchased any of the products from this line so I wasn’t sure what I would get. The Double Chocolate Mousse is a dark chocolate with a chocolate “mousse” inside each candy. They are about the size of a York Peppermint Patty (approximately). I have found that a lot of them have leaked their filling. Tastes good but not sure I would buy again (1 point per piece). The other new variety is the Peanut Butter Cups for 2 points per cup. Tastes just like a Reece cup but a little smaller & no wrapper. For 2 points a good find.
This was a product recommendation from my mother-in-law, Dianna. She had found these at Sam’s Club. I tried to search on Crunchmaster’s site to find other locations in my area that might carry these crackers. Their search function was down so I can’t see. But they are very worth it. These crackers have a strong sesame flavor. Very tasty! NI for 15 crackers: 140/5/2
This is another product suggestion that I received. I found these at Walmart by the rice cakes & popcorn. These are a new popcorn cake by Orville Redenbacher. There are six individual bags in the box. I was shocked at the size of the box for the amount of food. It seems very wasteful to me on packaging. But the cheddar ones are very tasty. My Walmart carried several other flavors which I haven’t tried yet. One other downside to their packaging is that they did not print NI on each individual bag. So if you throw away the box, you are out of luck. NI for one 100 calorie bag is 100/3.5/1
These are a pretzel crisp that my family has come to love. We just bought a huge bag of these at Sam’s. But you can find them at many stores in the deli section. (I know that Meijer & Walmart carry them.) The only problem with buying them at Sam’s is that you cannot get any other flavor except original. These are by The Snack Factory. These pretzel crisps are all natural & 0 grams of trans-fat. www.pretzelcrisps.com
These will go on the rotation! NI for 11 crisps 110/0/1
Jennifer L. had suggested this South Beach Living kit when she also suggested the Asian wrap kit. This is the Southwestern Style Chicken wrap sandwich kit. It has two wheat tortillas, Louis Rich SW seasoned grilled chicken breast cuts, chunky garden salsa, shredded cheese & a Jello cup. NI 240/11/15 Yes 15 grams of fiber! Plus it has 25 grams of protein. It looked very small when I first opened the package but it was very filling. Only down side is the sodium. 810 mg! crazy! I ate this early in the week so it wouldn’t affect my weigh-in. Very tasty & going on my rotation!
Sorry for the slightly blurry picture. This is the new LiveActive on the go drink mix in Natural Mixed Berry. It has 3 grams of prebiotic fiber so that is why I grabbed it. Very tasty. No grit factor. Mixed well with my water. NI 10/0/3 Going on my list!
I had read abou the new Skinny Cow chocolate milk on the Weight Watcher boards. I finally spotted it at my Walmart. Oh my is this tasty! You would never know that it is fat free! My girls love it and Chris even thought it tasted good. NI for one cup:150/0/0
Very tasty especially when you compare that it has 37% more protein, 33% more calcium than regular white milk, 25% fewer calories & 17% less sugar than the leading brands of 2% reduced fat chocolate milk!
It would be great to mix in to smoothies, coffee, oatmeal. Great new find!
