Last Day of Challenge

It is hard to believe that this is the last day of the challenge! My how time flies. I hope that everyone has stuck with it! Tracked even on days that you might have gone over your points. For those of you participating in the challenge, you need to email me your total days on-program by Monday! If there are any ties, I will draw for the winner then. Email me at kristen2309@gmail.com please put “Challenge” in the subject line so I can spot them easily.
I got in a good workout yesterday on the elliptical. 262 calories & 40 minutes. I hope to get in something today but we will just see. Wednesdays tend to be my busiest day. I took a quick peak at the scales and they are up slightly. I think it is a sodium & exercise gain but only time will tell. No reason to eat like crazy.
I have a really good food review that I want to get posted. My entire family ate it and didn’t blink twice. Hehehe. I still haven’t told my husband what he ate and I don’t think I am going to tell him. So for all of you that know Chris please don’t spill the beans.
Trying a new creation tonight for supper. We will see. Lately my creations have been strike-outs. So hopefully this one will work better. I have had some input from Chris. 
May’s challenge: I have really thought hard on what I should throw out there for May’s challenge. I think I want to make it a physical personal challenge. Please think of a goal that you want to have in terms of exercise. How many times a week, how many minutes in a week, or how many different types of workouts in the week (1 run, 2 elliptical sessions, 30 minute walk etc.) Then after I post tomorrow’s blog, please post a comment with your name & goal. We are not going to compete against each other. This is to reach your own personal goal. Then if you reach your goal at the end of the month, I will consider you in a drawing of some sort. Make sense? If it doesn’t, please post a comment with your question so I can clear it up.
OK. Enough for now. I have to go wake up Sydney & get her ready for school. Keep tracking those points. Don’t forget to email me with your total number of days on-program
