Ouch

I mentioned yesterday that I worked out hard on Saturday. So yesterday afternoon once I got Megan down for her nap, I decided to work out again since Chris was out for a long run. I wanted to change it up some so I opened my new Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd. I hadn’t used it yet since I just got it. It has a feature that I really like. At the beginning, it gives you options to choose how many “segments” you want in your workout. So you can continually change what work-out you do each day. Plus you can vary the length of the workout. I have always been a fan of the show Biggest Loser. So I was excited to see how it was. Oh my! It kicked my rear. I am soooooo sore. I made me move muscles that I didn’t even know that I had. 

I did really well all weekend tracking my points. Two days of exercise! I am not even attempting anything today. My body couldn’t handle it.

I just posted three new food reviews and two new recipes. As you can see I have been very busy at work. I am trying another new food tonight plus a new recipe. I really like the breakfast that I had this morning. So yummy!

How is everyone doing with the challenge. I am just shocked how April is flying by. I am thinking off putting out a exercise challenge for May. Any thoughts???? I think APs are too hard to figure unless you have a heart rate monitor. So my idea was number of minutes. Not that I am going to see how much someone can work out. But I want you to think of how much your goal would be. Then we can each strive for our goals. Everyone is at a different point in their journey. My thought is that you get to count the days that you meet your goal in activity. I hope I am making sense. I am still thinking about it.
