Busy morning so far: I have posted two new recipes & a food review. Freewebs must be having trouble with pictures. I will get the picture posted ASAP for the food review.
Good news is my test result came back normal. Bad news: The doctor doesn’t know what is wrong. I am waiting to hear back what the next step is.
Yesterday was my best day eating this week. I ate only my 18 daily points. I got all of my 8HGs in except my oil. Not too bad. The scales were kind to me this morning. I know that I will still be up at my weigh-in on Saturday but I will weigh in.
I hope that everyone has a great day! Keep tracking those points! February is coming to a close. I have started picking out the goodies for the prize!
