Great Chocolate Milk

Back in the summer, my good friend & WW buddy, Stephanie, gave me some of this chocolate milk to drink. It was so yummy but for some reason I didn’t buy any and forgot all about it. So a few weeks ago, I saw it while I was at Walmart and grabbed a half gallon of it. This is Hood’s Carlorie Countdown in chocolate. NI for 1 cup: 90/5/1 It just solves my need for chocolate. I asked my leader and from what we can tell, this should count as a dairy because it is milk. They have just removed the carbs and sugars and sweetened the milk with Splenda. Sydney couldn’t get enough of this milk.

This is a great find! I will be adding this to my rotation. Be on the lookout for a great chocolate peanut butter steel cut oatmeal using this! Yummy~!
