This is a new cereal out from Special K. It has a nice taste. It is not nearly as sweet as the Fiber One Caramel Delight that I posted about several weeks ago. In the winter I am not a big cereal & milk eater. I tend to lean towards warmer foods. But I do eat this as a snack without milk. Serving size 3/4 cup. NI 120/2/1
