Creamy Wonton Cups

This is a yummy recipe that I used to make quite a bit for my scrapbooking open houses. I was in the mood for it yesterday so decided to make it for my family. It is super simple.
24 wonton wrappers (usually found close to the fresh mushrooms)
Baking Spray
2 T sugar
8 ounces low fat or fat free yogurt (berry flavored is best)
12 ounces thawed Cool Whip
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 T powdered sugar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take each wonton wrapper and give it a quick spray with your baking spray. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Place each wonton wrapper (sugar side up) in a mini muffin tin to form a cup.Bake for 5-7 minutes or until slightly golden. Cool completely.
Combine yogurt & 1 cup of Cool Whip. Fold carefully. Fill each wonton cup with yogurt mixture. Top each with a three berries total. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip. Lightly dust with powdered sugar.
NI for 2 wontons: 110/3/1
Note: You can reduce the nutritional information by using fat free Cool Whip (which I did) and a fat free yogurt. Watch the amount of yogurt you buy. You might need two “cups”.
This is a very light and refreshing treat!
