OK. I will admit I didn’t have too high of expectation for the turkey bacon. But I was pleasantly surprised. This passed the family test. I actually think I like it better because is crisps up a lot better than regular bacon. It is nearly as greasy. For 1 point a slice you can’t beat it in my opinion.
Note: This would be great crumbled up on top of the potato soup recipe that I just posted!
