Happy Monday

Good morning! Several things before I forget:
1) I just posted three new food reviews. My trip to Anderson & a different grocery chain proved to be fruitful! I found some yummy new items.
2) I made a change on my chickenetti recipe. I changed the chicken broth from 1 can to 1 cup. So if you have copied this recipe down, please make note!
OK. I am happy to report that my weigh-in on Saturday was my best ever! I lost 3.4 pounds. I couldn’t have been happier. I lost what I had put on during my two weeks of celebrating. Hard lesson learned. But I never had lost that much.
I think part of my success is credited to me tracking my weekly flex points during the week and not eating them all just on the weekend. I belong to a challenge group on the WW bulletin board. (Taking It off my Tax Day) Our group has been together since August. One of our threads about 1 1/2 weeks ago, really challenged me to not eat all of those 35 points just on the weekend. (Not that there is anything wrong with that). But I think it really helped me to feel more satisfied during the week. Thanks to my challenge buddies!
