Great New Muffins

Yesterday late afternoon, I was cruising the WW BB when I saw a post about these muffins. So of course, I had to jump on http://www.krusteaz.com/ to check out these muffins. They have an search that you can see if there is a store close that carries their products. I was familiar with the Krusteaz brand but didn’t realize that they had a fat free line of muffin mixes. Since I was already going to Meijer, I decided to try these out. Meijer (in Muncie) is the only store that carries the fat free line according to their website. Meijer has the fat free blueberry & fat free cranberry orange. With these mixes, all you do is add water! How simple is that? So I decided to go ahead and bake up both batches this morning so I could compare the two. Out of each mix, I was able to get 11 regular sized muffins. They are 2 points a muffin. The blueberry is good. It is not overpowering in the blueberry flavor. The cranberry orange is surprisingly good. I wasn’t sure if I would like it or not. It has a unique taste that you don’t get other places. I will be definitely adding these to my muffin rotation. Never fear, Southaven Farms mixes, you aren’t out in the cold. (I will talk about the Southaven Farm mixes soon, I promise!)
I am not sure that the picture of the muffin is really correct. Out of the two muffins that I had for breakfast, I didn’t see that many blueberries or cranberries. 
But they were still very good!
