Earlier this week, Hungry Girl ( http://www.hungry-girl.com/ ) , in her daily newsletter, featured Edy’s Limited Edition Slow-Churned Pumpkin ice cream. Since Edy’s brand was on sale at Marsh, Chris was out of his Colt’s ice cream, & I am currently addicted to anything & everything pumpkin, I decided to go & grab some last night. Make sure that you get the Show-Churned because it is 1/2 the fat of the regular version. This flavor is only out until Thanksgiving. You get 1/2 c. for 2 points. Not too bad. It is a nice creamy consistency & tastes great! The down-side is that you only get 1/2 c. So if you don’t want to spend 2 points, then make the Pumpkin Fluff and enjoy that for only 1 point and you get sooo much more!
