This is the most amazing new dessert I have tasted in a long time. My dear friend Tammy told me about it. She made it this weekend & brought me over some to taste. Wow!!!!!!!!!! It is pumpkin pie in a new form. Chris liked it which is saying something since he claims he can taste “diet” food. Both of our girls loved it. So run to the grocery right now. Do not stop until you get there! Buy these ingredients immediately. I know this will be something that I will be making all fall & winter. I will be taking it to my Thanksgiving get-togethers so I don’t have to feel left out of not eating pumpkin pie.
Pumpkin Fluff
8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
1 pkg. Fat Free/Sugar Free vanilla instant pudding mix
15 oz can of pumpkin
1 t cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1/3 c Splenda.
Mix together with mixer.

Note: You could crush a low-fat graham cracker on top for a mock-pie crust. Also you can top with Fat Free Redi Whip for additional points!
10/21/07 Note: I made this again this weekend. I made sure to measure the size before eating any.
The entire recipe makes 24 ounces. It is six servings of 4 ounces. AKA. One serving is 1/2 cup!
